Wow YouTube can create gifs.
I found a free program on the web called gif_2_SL_animation_v0.6.exe
I found a free gif and downloaded it from the web.
Then I processed it and uploaded the output.
it told me 2_2_10 as part to output file. I knew i meant
2 by 2 for 10 seconds. I translated into *specialfx
Did a manual texture and animated texture using Artiste and VOILA!
No more having to build animated texture 1 frame at a time
While YouTube uses a range of seconds instead of frames, its not as controllable but its a great start and maybe sufficient for most needs.
